Shipping, Returns and Refunds

• Shipping is currently only to UK postal addresses.
• Items are usually posted within 3 days of payment being received.
• Unused and unwanted items may be returned at your own expense in the condition they were received within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Contact us through the website with your order number to arrange. Please use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Track 48.
• All items are packed safely and securely, and sent with tracked shipping. Should your package arrive damaged, please take photos before opening, and of any damage to the item. Contact through the website with your order number.
• Please bear in mind that Racing Stripe Diecast is not a large multinational corporation - I work alone to help fellow diecast collectors find new models. I may not reply immediately when contacted, but I will reply!
